Sex & Relationship Artistry

In this session, we focus on the specific aspect of your sexuality you want to improve—be it gaining more sexual confidence, becoming a master relater, embracing your body as a lover, or addressing any other concerns or questions you may have.

Igniting a Life of Purpose

In this session, we focus on finding meaning and fulfillment from the core of your being.

Awakening the Warrior

This is a session where we laser in on the heart-centered embodiment of your fierceness, power & confidence.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

In a private container, I support you 1:1 with teachings, practices, and tools to reach the specific goal that you want to reach. 

This consists of:

  • Weekly calls

  • Homework assignments

  • Journaling prompts

  • Recorded videos

  • Recorded practices

All private containers are for two months. After two months we asses to decide if it will be supportive to continue the container.
